About The Position

Lead a team of talented engineers building the core infrastructure for StarkWare's scaling solutions. Drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of high-quality software that powers the future of blockchain scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 8-12 software engineers
• Drive technical architecture decisions for core blockchain infrastructure
• Mentor junior and senior engineers in their career development
• Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps
• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices
• Coordinate with other teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong technical background in systems programming (Rust, C++, or Go)
• Experience with blockchain technology and distributed systems
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
