Lead StarkWare's security research initiatives and build a world-class team focused on zero-knowledge proof security, cryptographic protocol analysis, and blockchain security research. Drive cutting-edge research while ensuring the security of our scaling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of security researchers and cryptographers
• Conduct advanced security analysis of zero-knowledge proof systems
• Develop novel cryptographic protocols and security frameworks
• Collaborate with academic institutions and publish research papers
• Establish security best practices and review protocols across the organization
• Present findings at top-tier security and cryptography conferences

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Cryptography, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in security research or cryptography
• Proven track record of leading technical teams
• Deep understanding of zero-knowledge proofs and cryptographic protocols
• Published research in top-tier venues (S&P, CCS, CRYPTO, EUROCRYPT)
• Experience with blockchain security and formal verification methods
